It's no secret that social media has become curated, filtered, and performed. And now you can't even tell what's real. AI generated posts. AI written captions. Everything is too perfect, too pretty, and we're never enough.
Problem No.002
Our feed is full of ads, strangers, and content designed to keep us scrolling. We scroll for an hour and feel worse. Platforms prioritize screen-time over connection. It's all media. None of it is social.
